It was the summer of 2004 when Amanda Wolfe spent her first summer at Camp Chen-A-Wanda, the place where she would meet her future husband, Seth Robinson.

That summer, and all of the summers that followed, Amanda and Seth became close friends with almost everyone in each other’s circles... except one another. They would spend summer after summer eating every meal at the same dining hall, enjoying evening activities at the same rec hall, and would create camp friendships that would last forever. Chen-A-Wanda was small enough that they always knew of each other, but they never truly connected. All of that would change years later.

In October 2021, Amanda and Seth would find themselves living in Manhattan; Amanda on the Upper East Side and Seth living in Murray Hill. Amanda worked in Marketing at Comedy Central and Seth in Accounting at PWC - two very different lives that would intersect exactly when they were meant to.

Amanda and Seth found themselves on the dating app Bumble, where they immediately recognized one another. On October 5th, 2021, Amanda sent the very first message: "Hey, I know you!" and Seth followed up with "Woah no way, I know you too!"

They went on their first date a few weeks later in November, after nonstop texting and talking about their favorite TV shows, movies, bands, concerts, camp friends, family, cocktail bars, work, where they lived, favorite meals, favorite movie trilogies (Seth's favorite: Toy Story and Amanda's favorite: Night At The Museum), etc.! Their first date was at Ampersand in Gramercy where they spent a record-breaking six hours drinking palomas and talking about everything under the sun. Immediately, they knew this was something special and they were absolutely right.

Fast forward four years and four days after that very first date (November 4th, 2021) and the two are now getting married on November 8th at Water's Edge in Centerport, New York! They cannot wait to celebrate with all of their friends and families and continue to celebrate for forever!
